Refund policy

Return Policy

Customers have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

 • the item must be unused and unworn

 • all original tags and labels must remain attached

 • the item must be clean and in its original condition

 • the item must not be damaged, stained, washed, or altered

Items that show signs of use may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a reduced refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item:

 • shows signs of wear or use

 • has odours such as perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, or other scents

 • has stains, dirt, or signs of washing

 • has damaged fabric or seams

 • has removed tags or labels

Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 • bodysuits

 • underwear

 • swimwear

Please choose your size and product carefully before purchasing, as these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
